Pranayama Practice Course
An interactive group-learning, eight-week online course, suitable for experienced practitioners, preferably with some prior experience with the Sati yoga approach, either completion of the Freeing the breath course or as a participant in one of our live breath workshop. Students who have experience of both pranayama and mindfulness of breathing meditation are also welcome to apply.

Opening the heart
An interactive group-learning, five week online course explore the four qualities of the heart :metta / friendliness, karuna / compassion, mudita / joy and uppeka / wisdom through asana, breath work and guided meditation. Cultivating these qualities, allows us to become more open and grounded and to meet life with clarity, compassion and creativity.
