Freeing the breath
This is a recorded course which introduces a unique approach to breath work, drawing from both the Buddhist perspective exposed in the anapanasati suta and from classical yoga. It includes recorded meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing) practices, as well as written instructions. You can start the course when you want and progress at your own pace.
This course is suitable for complete beginners, as well as for more seasoned practitioners of yoga or meditation wanting to broaden their practice.
This is a free online course, although you are welcome to make a donation to support our work if you wish.
You will need to register on the site to access this course. If you haven’t done so already, you can register here
